Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
• Reservations can be made through our website, email, or phone.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated based on availability.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

Room Occupancy

• The maximum occupancy for each room type is as follows:
  • La Loggia: 3 guests
  • La’ Duna: 4 guests
  • Melite: 3 guests
  • Agathe: 2 guests
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or booking cancellation.

Payment and Cancellation

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• Cancellations made 15 days before the check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests during their stay.
• Any damage to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.

Amenities and Services

• All rooms are equipped with the amenities listed on our website. Any additional requests will be accommodated based on availability.
• Maison Medina is not responsible for any personal items left behind by guests.

Liability

• Maison Medina will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property during your stay.
